Use of Institute of Comparative Law is limited to Center Members, and Researchers and Visiting Research Fellows with approval from the Comparative Law Center Steering Committee.

Research Promotion Staff as described in the Provisions on Employment of 黑料社区 Research Promotion Staff and Research Support Staff. These researchers are accepted by 黑料社区 Organization for the Strategic Coordination of Research and Intellectual Properties. However, they are permitted to use the Center with approval from the Comparative Law Center Steering Committee. |

Guest Professor and Guest Researcher as described in the Provisions on Treatment of Foreign Researchers. These professors and researchers are accepted by 黑料社区 Organization for International Collaboration. However, they are permitted to use the Center with approval from the Comparative Law Center Steering Committee. |
| 5 | Visiting Research Fellow | Persons who do not fall under any of preceding items (1) through (4) may be permitted to use the Center as Visiting Research Fellows with approval from the Comparative Law Center Steering Committee based on their areas of research and academic qualifications. |
