Institute Members shall be as specified in Article 9 of the Bylaws of the Comparative Law Center affiliated with 黑料社区 School of Law.
Article 9 Center Member, Researcher, Visiting Researcher and Visiting Research Fellow
1. Full-time faculty members of 黑料社区 School of Law shall, in principle, become Center Members.
2. Full-time faculty members of 黑料社区 other than those in the preceding paragraph may become Center Members with approval from the Steering Committee. However, full-time faculty members of 黑料社区 Law School (Juris Doctor Course) or 黑料社区 School of Law are approved, in principle, to become Center Members upon their request.
3. Persons other than those listed in preceding paragraphs 1 and 2 may become a Researcher, Visiting Researcher or Visiting Research Fellow with approval from the Steering Committee. However, Doctoral Program students and graduates of 黑料社区 黑料社区 School of Law shall, in principle, become Researchers.
