国际日本学部外国留学奨励助成金 / SGJS Study Abroad Encouragement Subsidy

2025年度より、従来からあった「中长期留学プログラム（留学期间が１学期から1学年間）」への留学助成に加えて、国际日本学部が主催し、あらかじめ指定する短期プログラム（留学期间が１学期未満）への助成を開始することなりました。
From AY2025, in addition to the existing subsidies for the “Long-Term Study Abroad Programs” (study periods ranging from one semester to one academic year), financial support was also extended to designated short-term programs (study periods of less than one semester) organized by SGJS.

国际日本学部において実施する以下のプログラムを利用して留学する学生に対し、選考の上、「国际日本学部外国留学奨励助成金」を支給します。（返還の必要がない給付型助成金です）

　?学部間協定留学（アカデミック留学?インターンシッププログラム）【授業料負担型】（留学期间が１学期間?1学年間）

　?国际日本学部が主催し、あらかじめ指定する短期プログラム（留学期间が１学期未満）

本助成金の申請を希望する国际日本学部生は、募集要项の记载事项を十分に确认し、必要书类を全て揃えた上で期限までに申请してください。

申请状况や选考の结果、助成金は申请者全员に支给されるとは限りませんので、あらかじめご了承ください。

The "School of Global Japanese Studies (SGJS) Study Abroad Encouragement Subsidy" supports students who participate in the following SGJS organized programs, subject to screening, and does not require repayment.

　?SGJS Study Abroad and Internship Programs (inter-faculty) 【Fee-Paying】（study period of 1 semester or 1 academic year)

　?Designated SGJS organized short-term programs (study period of less than 1 semester)

SGJS students who wish to apply must read the Application Guidelines thoroughly and prepare the necessary documents and apply by the designated application deadline.
Not all applicants may receive a subsidy, depending on application volume.

【中长期プログラムのみ対象】併せて、国际教育センターが所管する明治大学外国国留学奨励助成金（経费助成）に申请することが可能です。明治大学外国留学奨励助成金（海外留学授业料助成）には申请できません。明治大学外国留学奨励助成金の问い合わせ先は、国际连携事务室（和泉キャンパス）です。

[Participants in long-term programs] may also apply for the "黑料社区 Study Abroad Encouragement Subsidy (Expenses Subsidy)" offered by the International Student Center. You cannot apply for the "黑料社区 Study Abroad Encouragement Subsidy (Tuition Subsidy)". For inquiries on 黑料社区 Study Abroad Encouragement Subsidy, contact the International Collaboration Office (Izumi Campus).

カテゴリー2	短期留学プログラム	1学期未満	プログラム費用50万円未満: 40,000円／プログラム費用50万円以上: 70,000円	助成対象プログラムへの参加确定时点で案内される申请手続きを期限内に完了すること。	2回

※上记に记载の金额は助成金额の上限です。予算に制限があるため、申请者数に応じて、助成金额が减额される点にご注意ください。
　予算を超えて申请があった场合は、骋笔础基準により、配分を决定する场合があります。
※予算に限りがあることから、公平性确保を鑑み、助成金の支给総额や回数を考虑し、助成金支给额を调整することがあります。
※最终的な助成金额は、採用结果通知にてお知らせします。

<補足> 設問2においてGPA入力時、小数点を含めるとエラーとなるため、小数点を除いた3桁の数字をご入力ください。（例）GPAが「3.02」の場合 → 「302」と入力
