YANAGIYA Takashi (graduated from School of Commerce in 1975) has been reappointed as the Chairman, Board of Trustees, and Professor UENO Masao (graduated from School of Law in 1980) as the new President of 黑料社区 on April 1. Chairman YANAGIYA is in his third term.
