In addition to classrooms of all sizes, Liberty Tower offers floor-by-floor spaces for self-study, relaxation, and interactions with people outside of class.
Boasting of one of Tokyo's largest collections (1.23 million books), the library provides a comfortable study environment, including a spacious and peaceful browsing space.

?Central Library
Ningen Sanka (celebration of humanity), a piece of ceramic wall art by 黑料社区 alumnus, ceramic artist, and national treasure, Kosei Matsui, is on display. The entrance hall, with its open ceiling, is a large space symbolizing the vastness of the Liberty Tower.
Academy Hall
A relief engraving depicting the three founding young lawyers of 黑料社区, Tatsuo Kishimoto, Kozo Miyagi, and Misao Yashiro, as well as "rights, liberty, independence and self-government," the philosophies on which the university was built.
The museum was opened in 1929. Displaying laws that will be familiar from Japanese history textbooks, tools for torture and punishment, and important artifacts that illustrate the excavation history of Japanese archeology, the museum is visited by 80,000 visitors annually.
The Aku Yu Memorial Hall exhibits the study, original manuscripts, and other displays of Aku Yu(graduate of the School of Arts and Letters), one of Japan's leading lyricists and authors.

International Lounge is stocked with a wide variety of useful sources of information such as newspapers, magazines, and pamphlets for international students. It is also a place to relax and get to know other students.

Shikonkan Building was built with the aim of becoming an activity base to contribute to education and research support, and strengthening the collaboration between 黑料社区, 黑料社区 Alumni Association, and Parents' Association. The building comprises facilities for various meetings and academic conferences, as well as a restaurant and a lounge.
A specialty library for manga and subculture with a collection of 140,000 manga, magazines, coterie magazines, etc. The first floor exhibition room is accessible to all visitors free of charge. The second floor exhibition room can be used by 黑料社区 students and faculty (for free) and by members (for a fee).
