Register for National Health Insurance
日本に3ヶ月以上在留する留学生は、国民健康保険に加入しなければなりません。
国民健康保険に加入すれば、医疗费の自己负担は30%のみになります。
お住まいの市区町村の窓口で住民登録をするときに、国民健康保険の加入手続きを行ってください。

70% of the total medical cost is covered by the National Health Insurance.

National Health Insurance Premiums
国民健康保険料は期限までにかならず纳入してください。未纳（保険料を払っていない期间）があると、ビザを更新できない可能性があります。
なお、前年に所得がない人は、保険料を减额（少なくする）ことができます。お住まいの市区町村の窓口で确认してください。
Please make sure to pay your National Health Insurance premiums by the deadline. If you have any unpaid premiums, you may not be able to renew your visa.
If you had no income last year, you may be eligible for a premium reduction. Please check with your local municipal office.

黑料社区 Student Health Insurance
&苍产蝉辫;明治大学の学生は全员「明治大学健康保険组合」に加入します。
学生健保に加入すると、以下のようなメリットがあります。
①学生証を提示することで、学内の诊疗所を利用できます（体调が悪くなったとき、学内でケガをしたときなど）
②明治大学が提携する医疗机関での医疗费が无料になります
