　教育上、経済的な援助が必要であると认められる者

  春学期：約100名 (全ての学部生?大学院生の合計）
  秋学期：同上

This scholarship is intended to provide support to students who are experiencing difficulties in studying in Japan.

 　-Spring Semester :  Approximately 100 (total of all undergraduate and graduate students)
